Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Anko at useanko.com. By creating an account or using Anko, you agree to these terms. If you use Anko for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. Contact Anko at gaoevan37@gmail.com with questions.

Your account and workspace

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for your activity and for the people you invite. Workspace admins have broad access to the workspace's conversations, settings, and integrations, so invite only people authorized to use that information.

What Anko provides

Anko helps you organize existing LinkedIn conversations, review lead classifications and follow-up rules, and track Calendly bookings. Features may change and integrations may become unavailable. Anko currently does not send messages, connection requests, or cold outreach. We do not guarantee replies, booked calls, revenue, uninterrupted availability, or that every provider event will be received.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant Anko permission to access, store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide and secure the service, including through the providers described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis for processing contact information and conversations, and for granting access to teammates.

Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Third-party services, including LinkedIn, Google, Calendly, and Unipile, have their own terms and policies. Anko is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use must comply with applicable third-party requirements, and third parties may restrict or suspend connections or accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Anko for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deception, or processing information without authorization. Do not attempt to access other workspaces, bypass security or provider restrictions, introduce malicious content, overload the service, or misuse another person's credentials. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for managing your business conversations.

AI and your decisions

AI classifications, tags, and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them. You remain responsible for your communications, lead decisions, and settings. Anko's suggestions are not professional advice and should not be used to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, or other consequential eligibility matters.

Fees and changes

If we offer paid features, their price and applicable payment terms will be presented before you agree to a purchase. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice where required.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Anko and disconnect your integrations at any time. Contact us to request account or workspace deletion. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete information already imported. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or a breach of these terms. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Anko's software, branding, and service materials belong to Anko or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your own authorized business purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of Anko or of another user's content.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Anko is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Anko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required by law. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service. If an issue arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it.
